we are's Summer Camps will provide a space for students to explore their own identities and the identities of other students. In addition, we are aims to work with students to understand race, racism, and how together we can recognize and challenge racist practices.

Educator Summer Institute 2020
The Educator Summer Institute is designed for K-12 educators and aims to 1) Build a historical understanding of racial constructs, 2) Develop strategies and techniques which extend anti-racist practices into the school community, and 3) Promote civic engagement and allyship with people of color on issues of racial justice in education.

Are you interested in learning about we are's anti-racist summer camp curriculum for young children? If yes, please join us for a new program this summer, the Curriculum Workshop. This training will be Wednesday, November 4th - Thursday, November 5th at the W.G. Pearson Center located at 600 East Umstead St., Durham, NC 27701.
