Thank you for considering a donation to we are, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Durham, NC.  we are stands for working to extend anti-racist education, and our mission is to collaborate with children, families and educators to dismantle systemic racism in schools and beyond. We use a three-pronged approach to dismantle systemic racism in education by offering summer camps for children in rising 1st through 5th grade, professional development for educators, and workshops for those who are parenting. Under the leadership of Executive Director Ronda Taylor Bullock, PhD, in 2020, we are will host its 5th annual Let’s Talk Racism Conference, our 5th summer of we are Summer Camps, our 3rd annual Educator Summer Institute, and our 2nd annual Curriculum Workshop.

we are reimagines educational systems so that all children, particularly Black and Brown, can exist in spaces that affirm their identities and dignity, promote their educational advancement, and support their social and emotional well-being.
